With the sunrise, the condo's wide front porch invites you to start your day with a scrumptious muffin and morning brew. Inside, the condo has wonderful natural light from large double windows showcasing mature hardwood trees from nearly every room. Walk into the large living room comfortably furnished with 2 couches and an oversized chair, plenty of lamps and a smart TV. It invites you to take your shoes off and put your feet up.. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. With plenty of cabinetry, the kitchen provides ample space for food storage including a pantry, 3 oversize drawers, along with several lower cabinets for storing pots and pans. The unit not only has its own storage closet for mops, luggage,etc., but also a large double hall closet with 3 sets of shelves for extra towels, linens, laundry,... The single bathroom is reasonably large with a walk-in tile shower and a large, 4 drawer w center cupboard vanity. Both bedrooms are large and contain a queen bed with thick, luxurious mattress, a bureau, double closet, and a ceiling fan with remote for air flow. The master bedroom also contains its own smart TV. Another perk of this complex is the cool, refreshing pool during the summer. Whether you enjoy a brisk swim, lounging to soak up the Carolina rays, or winding down after your busy day,.. Come, relax, enjoy... Please note that although the internet and water are provided, the electricity is additional to your rental (generally under $100). Also, the minimum is a 6 month term, but we are willing to work with you should you need an alternative stay. Also, we welcome a single pet with approval.
