Enter into a welcoming space where a small front porch leads you to a warm cozy living room. The Space is full of natural light and furnished with a plush couch and a 55 TV for your entertainment. The home's layout flows seamlessly, featuring two serene bedrooms. The first luxurious king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms enhanced with chic linens and blackout shades for a restful sleep. The full bathroom is a retreat of relaxation, stocked with plush towels and all the essentials. The kitchen, a culinary dream, stocked fully equipped.Transitioning into a quaint eat-in area for delightful home-cooked meals. The unfinished basement houses laundry facilities, adding convenience to your stay. Step outside to your private, pet-friendly backyard, perfect for peaceful moments. All stays need a quick background check and signed leases for all adult guests. Monthly safety checks are required. This is a non-smoking home. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable two hundred dollar fee per pet. Were always happy to host longer stays, and extensions may just require a bit of updated info.
