Creamery Accommodations is located in the Village of Cooperstown and offers clean, comfortable, fully furnished apartments for short term rental. We are three blocks from Bassett Medical Center and 2 miles from Cooperstown Center for Rehab and Nursing. Not available for long term rental from May 15 to September 1st.

The space

PLEASE NOTE WE COLLECT NY STATE SALES TAX AT 8% PER https://www.tax.ny.gov/pubs_and_bulls/publications/sales/short-term-rental.htm. If the full amount of the rent charged is paid before occupancy begins, you must collect state and local sales tax on that amount, even though the occupant has the right to occupy the room for more than 90 consecutive days. Once the occupant has reached 90 days of occupancy, you may credit the occupants account or refund the tax already paid.
