The loft creates creates a warm and unusual sleeping area that is best suited for one person or a couple. An east facing balcony overlooks the farm and the Green Mountains. The residence also includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, one full bathroom, a steam bath, air conditioning, in unit laundry, high speed internet, streaming television and a Sonos sound system. Utilities, heating, electricity, internet, lawn care, garbage service and a dedicated parking are included. The Silo is particularly well suited to a visiting professional, medical professional, faculty member, graduate student, sabbatical resident, relocating individual or a couple seeking a peaceful, extended stay in Vermont No smoking. Because the residence is arranged vertically and includes stairs and a sleeping loft it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility limitations.
