This rental unit is an ideal alternative to a house sharing arrangement for someone who values privacy and cost savings. The house is located on 5.7 acres, on the edge of a wooded area. The property is very quiet and in a very safe area. The house is close to two rail trails: walking distance to the rail trail (Kingston to Ellenville) and 2 miles to rail trail (Kingston to New Paltz). House is located behind neighbors property (must drive through their property very slowly 3 - 4 mph, please).

The space

Private entrance with front porch for tenant use only. A bedroom and living room, each with separate doors, are separated by french double doors. The bedroom has small kitchenette. Private half bath and access to outdoor shower with heated floor. Hallway leads out doors to deck, with seating, table and bbq. Free wifi, prime and netfix. Smart TV available. Landlord female lives on the premises along with 3 cute cats (all hypo-allergic), and mini horses (in barn). Very quiet, safe and friendly environment.
