Picturesque neighborhood which includes a golf course, assisted living and a new apartment building as you drive to the house. All lawns are manicured and homeowners have pride in their residences. Low crime area. The home's front door has a Yale entrance lock (as shown in the pics) which has a code I will give you. It locks when leaving if it's pulled shut tight hearing a click. Walk into entryway and down one set of stairs to the left. Two queen beds, a "Jack and Jill" bathroom in the middle of the room with a lockable door on each side. (One for the person using the bed.) ½ size refrigerator and large trash can. If more chill space is desired I will make room in the upstairs refrigerator. (More to come below.) Lenoleum floor under kitchen table and chairs in eating area as well as in the bathroom. 55" Smart TV with two loveseats for your viewing pleasure. We can discuss an streaming app we both like. (Netflix?) There is a sliding walk-out glass back door that leads to the patio. There are chairs and a multipurpose piece that serves as a brightly colored bench or ½ a picnic table. All surrounded by a garden of flowering trees, bushes, flowers, herbs, mint and some vegetables. There are no cooking abilities in your space. We will share the upstairs kitchen for that purpose. It is fully equipped, has a dishwasher and I have a air fryer available as well. Require proof of Renters Insurance. Refundable $500 Deposit.
