Our property includes a hot tub! The queen bed is super comfortable. We are a 5 minute drive from downtown Omaha and we are about 10 minute drive from main UNMC hospital. We are 15 min drive to Methodist health and 18 min drive to Bergan CHI right off the highway. Iowa side is a little cheaper than Omaha side when it comes to groceries, gas, etc however we are so close to Omaha so its best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and charming.
