Hilltop Beauty is a studio apt approximately 500 sq ft. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and refrigerator. Basic essentials are provided and include: silverware, dishes, glassware service for 8; dishcloths and dish towels, toaster, Keurig coffee maker (single serving), hand mixer, electric can opener, cooking and baking utensils, mixing and serving bowls, pots n pans, baking dishes, baking sheet pans, and table with two chairs. Cleaning essentials, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, sweeper and mop are provided at the start of your stay. The unit has a full size memory foam mattresses with waterproof mattress pad, two sets of sheets, blankets, pillows and comforter set. The is a recliner and futon (which makes a twin bed with a memory foam topper available for extra comfort: twin fitted sheet provided) with end tables and lamps.There is a 42 in ROKU Smart TV and free Wi-Fi for your streaming enjoyment (stream services are NOT provided). The bathroom has a shower with towel service for 8. The unit has a stackable washer/dryer with iron, ironing board and laundry basket. Pets are welcome with the expectation they are well mannered, behaved, and groomed. Pets are to be supervised/leashed while enjoying the outdoors. Guest is responsible for any damage caused by their pet. We currently have resident on the property who have an Aussie shepherd/blue healer mix and a Aussiepoo. These dogs are fenced and or supervised/leashed while enjoying the outdoors. The property is under 24/7 video surveillance with cameras located on all corners of the building facing building entrances, select parking area and driveway. Camera data is only reviewed if there is a complaint, unusual or criminal activity. The unit is located on 8 acres.
