If you like nature, this may be the property for you. In the summer, there are paths through our 30 acres, bird song, a swimming pond with a sandy bottom, and screened in gazebo. In the winter, Xcountry and snowshoe trails are right out your door. We do have hills here and a 4WD vehicle is helpful in the winter snow. The rent listed is for one month at a time. For those staying 6 months or longer, there is a 10% discount ($1500 per month, with auto deposit set up).
The space
In addition to the complete twin bed bedroom downstairs, there is a full bed available in the loft if you prefer. Access to the washer and dryer in my home can be negotiated, including simply dropping it off. PETS? Actually, INDOOR cats would be welcome. We can provide the liter box. NO DOGS; please don't even ask. The house was built for my mom in 2010 and served her well until she moved in with us in 2025. The house has radiant heat, a south view, cathedral ceiling with fan, and a claw foot tub.
