Run/bike ride around Sloans Lake or Berkeley Lake. 10 minutes to downtown and other Denver hotspot neighborhoods like LoHi, Sunnyside, RiNo. 20 minutes or less to several hospitals, 15 minutes or less to downtown. easy access to 70 and 25. On west side of town for quick access to the mountains. All utilities included. Pets negotiable. Private entrance. You wont find a better location to experience Denver local life and have close access for mountain adventures.
