Your spacious bedroom has a desk and comfy queen bed. You have a semi private bathroom, claw foot tub, shower and access to the kitchen, living room, dining room table, backyard and both the back patio and front porch. You're the only one using the shower and putting your toiletries in your bathroom. The reason it's semi private is myself, my occasional friends and my clients (2-6/week, I'm a headshot and portrait photographer) may use it, as it's on the first floor. Clients may also use it to change. I'll tidy up your bathroom before and after clients/guests are here. Located in the diverse and popular RiNo Arts district, we're close to many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, breweries and only 1.5 miles north of downtown Denver. There's a large campus of about eight hospitals 1.8 miles away easily reached by foot, bus, Lyft bikes, scooters or Lyft. I live here in this 2 BR 2 BATH with my 15 year old Australian cattle dog, Rosie. There are no other tenants living here besides you. I'm happy to answer questions and offer recommendations. River North (RiNo) and this Curtis Park neighborhood are known for walkability, historic homes, diversity, friendly people, restaurants, cafes, breweries. This area has become very popular and keeps growing. You can see the mountains when you're crossing the street. There's a delicious Italian deli on our block and at least six coffee shops within walking distance. The closest is 3 blocks. There's free parking on the street right outside or nearby. You're a few blocks from the Light Rail station to take you to the Denver Metro area, the Denver International Airport, and beyond. There's a bus stop around the corner, Uber and Lyft drivers are minutes away. There are dedicated bike lanes a few blocks away, to downtown or to get on the bike trail .
