This property will be available for long-term rental BEGINNING DECEMBER 1,2026 IT IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL DECEMBER1,2026 Steck's Roost at Wash Park is a cozy one-bedroom retreat- only 2 blocks from Denver's popular Washington Park and minutes from excellent neighborhood restaurants and shops. As a family-owned business, we are committed to ensuring an outstanding lodging experience for our guests. The apartment is on the garden level with a private patio and a separate entrance. There is on street parking for one vehicle. The space: From your private patio entrance, you will find a spacious lounge with comfortable furniture featuring a smart TV. Off the lounge through French doors is a well stocked kitchenette. We have a Keurig coffee maker, a Cuisinart Air Fryer, a microwave, a refrigerator, spices, cooking pans, silverware, plates, etc. If you work at home or desire a separate working space, we provide a well equipped office with desk, chair and storage unit. We do not have a washer dryer in the unit but are open to discussing on site solutions. A well-appointed bathroom with thick towels, a hair dryer, and a cozy shower is just off the nook. The bedroom is the most comfortable room in the apartment. Guests love the ambiance of the room. You'll snuggle down in the comfy Queen-size bed for a relaxing night's rest. Guest access: The apartment can be accessed to the south of the house main entrance. There are 6 steps down to entrance patio, the security door will have the guest's unique code. The code will be provided with the reservation confirmation. Other things to note: We live upstairs, and we are here to help you in anyway. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to contact us. We want your stay to be comfortable and memorable. We will do our best to be very quiet, so as not to disturb you. We have 2 friendly West Highlands terriers: Buttons, and Boop. And, the space is pet-free. We do not allow smoking of any kind, no candles, no drugs, and no pets.. We ask that there are no parties and quiet time after 10:00 p.m., as we are located in a neighborhood. Please note: Marijuana is legal in Denver. However, we do not allow smoking of "weed" in the apartment or on our property. We do ask that our guests respect this. We do have ROKU Basic for the television. The apartment is garden level. We have a kitchenette- NOT a Full kitchen. Please see the amenities.
