Only a few minutes from I-5, 509, and 405, transportation options are abundant when considering the many hospitals that are only a handful of miles away. All the major medical centers in downtown Seattle (Virginia Mason, Harborview, Children's, UW Hospital, Swedish, etc.) are about a 40 minute drive and the light rail is close to them all. Convenient to the Sea Tac airport, this unit experiences abundant airplane activity; interesting, but it can also be too distracting and noisy for some. This unit is not suitable for smoking products (inside or outside) or pets, and occupancy is limited to one person. The rent is all inclusive: Rent, power, sewer, water, garbage, Wifi, are all included.

Suitable for one person only, a library ladder gives access to the sleeping loft. Outfitted with all the necessities (bathroom, washer/dyer, small appliances, fridge, and dedicated parking), it is in a suburban area and close to several, major medical facilities. Neighborhood: This unit is located in a residential neighborhood, at the end of a lane and cul-de-sac - and situated in the middle of 10 wooded acres.
