House · 2 beds · 2 baths · No pets allowed.

A 3 bedroom, 2 bath raised ranch house with a studio apartment in the basement. The apartment is rented separately. Please inquire for rental of the apartment. In the house, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are available to rent. I keep the third bedroom for my own storage use. The house and the apartment each have their own locked entrance from inside the house. Washer and dryer are in a finished basement space, and is shared by both units. Utilities, wifi, laundry, and plenty of parking are included. This house has been my home since 1992, and is where I raised my family. I am renting it while I am away. I have an on-sight property manager to assist with anything you may need.
