This fully furnished, one-bedroom, full-bath apartment has been completely renovated and newly decorated. Renovations include new windows, new carpet, new flooring, new paint, new drop ceiling tiles, new refrigerator, new toilet, new mattress, and new door and door frame. This fully furnished apartment is move-in ready for any traveling professional; simply unpack and relax. The apartment comes with a large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, an in-unit full-size washer and dryer, fresh bedding, towels, and toiletries, and the kitchen is fully stocked, with plates, bowls, utensils, and Keurig. All utilities are included. The apartment is attached to our main home and shares only one wall with the house. The apartment has its own private entrance. As owners of the property, we respect privacy but, we are on hand at any time to address any needs that may arise. Central Vermont Medical Center is 8.3 miles from the house. Grocery shopping and downtown shopping are only 5 miles away, and Vermont's best recreational trail system, Millstone trails, is within walking distance! I am learning about the traveling medical profession and I am gaining an understanding of the fickle nature of contracts. I do prefer a 3-month contract but I also understand that this profession is at the mercy of potential changes in the contract so I want to be reasonable/flexible. I have no fees for terminating the lease early I would just ask for a prorated notice of 30 days if possible. If folks need to stay beyond their contract or choose to stay on after their contract I am open to that possibility,
