Completely off-grid and powered by solar energy, it combines a simple forest setting with propane heat, a backup generator when needed, private well water that is safe to drink, and reliable cell service. Wi-Fi access is available on the property near Brian's cottage, the property owner. Inside, the open-concept layout has soaring wood ceilings, handcrafted construction, hardwood floors, and large windows with expansive forest views. A comfortable queen bed sits in the main living area, while an upstairs sleeping loft provides extra sleeping space and is reached by ladder. A downstairs closet adds storage. The seating area includes a loveseat and additional chairs, and a Smart TV will also be provided. The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, cooking basics, and a dining table for four. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, single vanity, hot water, shampoo, body soap, shower gel, starter toiletries, and some personal cleaning products.
