Welcome to our tiny home! Utilities are included with the beautiful Tiny Home in southern Vermont placed on a beautiful private 75 acre farm. With a 50 mile east view of the Mount Snow Valley (part of the Appalachian Mountains) youll be able to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The home comes fully furnished and is only 30 minutes from Brattleboro and 13 minutes from Mount Snow and Dover send less than 8 to 13 miles to local hospitals. Nearest post office is 5 min away near the local market. Shes tiny but mighty! Equipped with stairs leading to a king sized bed in the loft, full size fridge and freezer, full size kitchen sink, a new hot plate with two burners and toaster oven. Shower and incinerating toilet in the downstairs. EV charging (level 1) available. (It was capable of charging our Ford Lightning level one. Level 2 may be possible) Roads leading to tiny home is partly dirt/gravel so AWD is recommended In bad weather. Free off street parking for two cars, right at the doors of the tiny home. Level one EV charging up to 50 miles of range per night (depending on your vehicle). Additional Features: Comfy California King AVOCADO mattress in the loft. Just A short drive away is a store/cafe/ bakery where you can find everything from locally made cheeses, breads, and baked goods, to farm fresh eggs, milk, and maple syrup. And if you dont feel like cooking, grab a ready made meal or locally made pizza and pop it in the oven.
