It is a warm and welcoming household, we are always happy to help, and want you to feel you are among friends. If you are interested in country walks, there is a pedestrian and bike path right next to our house. In the village there is a mini-mart selling gas and basics. There is also a small gym in the village. For food shopping, there are some great local stores within 5 miles, with larger shopping centers 20 miles away. It is a rural area, and we are over 30 miles from the nearest WalMart,

The space

The main studio room has a small kitchen, dining table, queen bed, and spacious seating areas. A separate small bedroom has a built-in twin bed. Located on the second floor of an old farmhouse, it has sloping ceilings throughout. It is a quiet space. Private access is by exterior stairs, leading to a porch overlooking the back garden. In winter months, access is through an interior private stairway. Laundry is available downstairs in the owner's unit.
