RATE NOTE: The rate shown is a starting monthly rate, based on a 90-day furnished stay that begins and ends within our off-season window of November 1 through April 30. Stays shorter than 90 days are accepted and are priced higher. Any stay extending into May through October is priced separately and is higher. Rate reflects rent only. Additional charges apply: cleaning fee, refundable security deposit, utilities where applicable, and applicable New York State and Suffolk County taxes. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor near the kitchen and living area and includes a queen bed. Upstairs, there are two separate sleeping areas. One bedroom has a queen bed with water views. The second is a larger shared sleeping space with two twin beds and one full bed, best suited for children or a family group rather than multiple adults. The home includes two full bathrooms, plus an enclosed outdoor shower. Bath and beach towels and linens are provided. The eat-in kitchen opens to a deck with outdoor dining. The yard includes a gas grill and direct lagoon access with a private dock for kayaking, paddle boarding, or relaxing by the water. Rental Permit#: 0478 Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information. If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity. IMPORTANT NOTES: - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - There is a standard pet fee of $218 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. - For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility. - For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking. Guest access Guests have full private access to the home, yard, and lagoon-front dock. The neighborhood The home is located in East Marion, set between Orient and Greenport on the North Fork. Nearby attractions include Lavender by the Bay, local farm stands, Islands End Golf Course, and access to the Long Beach Bar Bug Lighthouse by boat or tour. Greenport offers shops, dining, and ferry access to Shelter Island and Sag Harbor. The area is also known for its wineries, beaches, and relaxed, family-friendly pace.' Getting around A car is recommended for exploring the North Fork. The home is easily accessible by car, with ferry and train service available via nearby Orient and Greenport. Other things to note Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Guest Insurance Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. Lagoon Lodge is a comfortable 3-bedroom waterfront home in East Marion, set along a quiet lagoon with a private dock and easy access to the bay and nearby beach. Best suited for families, the home sleeps up to 4 adults and 4 children. Central air, reliable WiFi, and relaxed indoor-outdoor living make it easy to settle in. The lagoon setting is the highlight, with kayaking and paddle boarding from the dock and North Fork farm stands and wineries close by.
