There are 4 steps/stairs to get from the bedroom to the bathroom/closet area. 2 gas stations and post office within 1 mile. Grocery & TJ Maxx 3.5 miles. 4.4 Miles from the heart of Middlebury.

Studio apt. Quiet living space & kitchenette in a 2 bedroom home at the end of a dead-end street for ONE person. Rent is $1200 for 30 days, then pro-rated at $40/day. Minimum 30 day stay. Owner is a quiet retired RN (with cat) and occupies second bedroom. Mini-blinds and black out curtains for windows. Designated off street parking space. Hi speed internet/wifi. Deposit is refundable at end of term after final inspection if no damage to unit/contents.
