We have two furnished bedrooms available for travelers Jan-April in our 3 bedroom farmhouse with shared living space. Price is per room. Welcome to our charming brick farmhouse in the heart of central Vermont, near Montpelier, the vibrant state capital yet quiet and serene country location. The house was renovated from top to bottom and in addition to the house, it has a short term rental unit on the second floor with its own entrance. We provide all utilities including snow plowing, internet, electric (solar) and central heat, plus bi-weekly cleaning. We are open to accepting pets - discussion and pre approval needed, plus a pet fee. We have been landlords for over two decades.

The space

Fully furnished and equipped comfy home with 2 separate bedrooms available that we offer for rent during the winter months. Our farmhouse is 6 miles from downtown Montpelier and convenient to many hospitals as well, but in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by fields and meadows. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and nice distant views of the surrounding mountains.
