Good mountain top view all the way to beaches. We are 3 miles and 5 minutes from I 8. 7 minutes to major stores and 10 minutes to Parkway Plaza, Home Depot, Trolley etc. Usually less than 30 minutes to beaches or International Airport. It's at the end of a private road with 12 rural owner occupied homes. So Very Quite. It has miles of Crestridge Ecological Reserve California Department of Fish and Wildlife (.gov) https://wildlife.ca.gov Lands Places to Visit to hike, bike, and ride horses within walking distance. The Suite was built in the 80's and remodeled in 2007 and then again in 2025. It is a compact 280 square feet with a private fenced area around it. The kitchen features a Propane Wedgewood Stove and Oven, a mi-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, and Kuerig. The ceiling height goes from 8' to 7' so perhaps not suitable for really tall people. The parking is off street and close to the private gate entry (see pictures). Trash, water, and electricity are included. If you are not familiar with San Diego utilities, that represents an average of $220 which is included in the rent. Propane is not but the tanks may be filled at our local (on top the hill) service station. Reduction in Rent is possible for basic feeding and watering of our garden and animals when we travel.
