The property has a large front yard and a nice front porch in a quiet family neighborhood. The home has been upgraded in the last few years and recently had new flooring in the kitchen. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are room darkening blinds/curtains in each bedroom, as well as TVs in both bedrooms with ROKU on each. There is a laundry room within the unit. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove top, and wall oven.
The space
Hazel Drive is a quiet, family and pet friendly neighborhood. Located about 15 minutes from Charleston. This home is an hour and half from the New River Gorge and Summersville Lake. There are several restaurants on Capital Street and Summers Street in downtown Charleston. Some of my favorites being Pies and Pints Pizzeria, and Black Sheep Burritos and Brews. There is also an amazing Thai restaurant on Shrewsberry Street called Chow Thai. There are lots of unique little shops around Charleston to explore.
