It is lovingly called Chicken Ranch Estates after the property it was built on and now it is a peaceful getaway hidden right in the city. This property is meant to re charge you. Now let us show you around. After traveling down a private drive off Quincy Ave, two parking spaces in a driveway just for you are the first thing you'll see on the right. Heading south towards the stairs will bring you to our own private patio and entrance. Through french doors you'll enter and immediately be greeted by an open and airy floor plan with 12 foot ceilings and 6 sky lights. Moving through the kitchen with an island meant for great food and better conversations, and past a perfect WFH desk space, you'll see the bedroom and living room combo space. Here you can enjoy a movie or game with a great view of the whole space. One of the coolest parts of the space is that it gets proper natural light at all hours of the day. The tall ceilings make the studio setup feel like more than enough room to stay for days or even weeks at a time. Head back through the kitchen and you'll find a charming and moody bathroom. Historical and original documents telling the story of this property are sprinkled across the walls. The vintage touches and modern finishes provide a vibe you didn't know bathrooms could have!
