Pets are welcome and, as our house is next to the property, we are always happy and available to help with anything that comes up. The cottage has hardwood floors and is clean and accessible. Minutes away from the Essex Experience, which has amazing restaurants, breweries, pilates studio, cinema, grocery stores, and boutique shopping. Twenty minutes from Burlington, VT.

This cottage is a cute, cozy, and quiet unit that is next to our property where we live with our two kids and two dogs. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard with trail access to the Essex Town Forest with miles of beautiful hiking trails. Brand new smart TV and queen size bed, along with a fully furnished kitchen and a mudroom for storage. Plenty of driveway parking. All utilities, including internet and wifi included. Washer/dryer in the unit. No smoking property, pets welcome.
