This is a large 3 story Townhome nestled in a quiet and quaint neighborhood away from noise and traffic but still close to everything. The backyard is private and has a nice little forest and walking trails to explore. Great place to walk on sidewalks throughout this little community as well. Your space will be approx. 1000 sq ft of living space. There is also a pool table to play pool, ping pong, checkers and backgammon. it can be used as additional table space as well. If the pool table is an issue, I can put it into storage. Entry through the front door or garage is very close in proximity to the stairs that lead to the basement. If you prefer a complete separate entrance I can have a lock put on the sliding glass door to the walkout patio. I am very flexible and want you to feel comfortable. This rental offers an economy kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, toaster over, electric skillet, crock pot, college size refrigerator and freezer (additional freezer in garage can be used for overflow freezer items). Plenty of natural light throughout and light fixtures with dimmers in both the bedroom and family room along with multiple lamps so you can create the type of lighting you prefer.
