The townhome is located in a quiet nice neighborhood, there is parking for 1 car in the driveway. The home is 7 miles from the main UVM Hospital and 4 miles from the Fanny Allen campus. We have had tenants both with and without personal vehicles. For those without vehicles tenants have had success with daily Ubers to and from work. The available room is on the top floor of the home with a full private bath right outside the bedroom (Please note the owners do occupy the top floor as well). Room is equipped with a 32' smart TV so you can log into whatever streaming services you subscribe to, as well as a mini fridge, desk, A/C, fan and large closet. Washer and dryer are also available for use on on the same floor as the bedroom. We love a clean home and ensure that each tenant gets the cleanest room possible, with freshly laundered and sanitized bedding, mattress and pillow protectors, and carpet cleaning between guests. There are no pets or children in the house, making it a very clean and quiet environment. We understand those that have allergies or are sensitive to chemicals, so any hand soap or laundry detergents are all unscented and there are no air fresheners or scented items in the house. We also run high quality air purifiers in the home. Your private bathroom is not shared with anyone else and will be cleaned by the housecleaner once per month. The monthly rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi and trash services. We also provide some basics to get you settled such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, towels, hand soap, as well as hangers and a laundry basket in the rooms walk in closet.
