If you're wanting to experience a more traditional Hawaiian stay, then we have the perfect place for you! Create a memorable experience during you stay in the Ohana unit located at the back on our property. It is a separate unit with its own entrance. From your living room you can hear all variety of birds, including the neighborhood rosters and chickens. (If you've been to Hawaii, then you know chickens are everywhere). We are located about a 3-minute walk to the beach and have 2 different beach parks a mile either way from our house. We have beach chairs and beach towels that you can use during your stay. We are close to several hospitals (for traveling nurses) and have numerous golf courses within 5 miles of our home. Kitchen is furnished with a full-size fridge, a K-Classic Keurig, double burner portable stove top, toaster, and a Power XL Microwave Air Fryer that can microwave, air fry, bake, and broil, plus all necessary utensils. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, blackout curtains on both windows, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The bed is a Beautyrest Hybrid Plush queen-size mattress on a remote-controlled adjustable frame that will adjust the head of the bed. Perfect if you like to read or watch TV in bed. There is an AC unit in the bedroom that comes with a remote control. We've also included a box fan. Access to shared Maytag W/D and Wi-Fi included. I'm a RN myself and strived to make this place as comfortable as possible. I remember all too well how tiring it is to be on your feet all day. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Additional details: The property is a main house with the apartment in the back. We live on the property with our large dog. He is usually inside the house with us, as my husband works from home. We do have an area on the side of the house for him, and your unit is accessible without having to walk past his area. We are quiet, laid-back people, and because we live on-site, we are looking for similar qualities in a tenant. Our property is gated, and we have a Ring on our front door that overlooks the front area/entrance gate. If you are looking for a resort-style accommodation, then this will probably not be a good fit. I'm happy to accommodate a video walkthrough. We require a $1000 deposit to hold the property for you. This becomes your security deposit when you move in. It is 100% refundable if stay is cancelled at least 60 days before your scheduled move-in. It is 50% refundable is you cancel 30-60 days before scheduled move-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before the move-in date or you do not move-in within 3 days of the agreed upon move-in date, then we will consider your stay cancelled, and the holding deposit is not refundable. Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after move-out, provided there are no damages. The total monthly single-occupancy rent charges of $2100 includes all applicable taxes. Double occupancy is $2200, including all taxes. Per Ordinance 22-7, this property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually use or occupied.
