Room, 2nd floor, on 1 acre private property with large backyard to relax in. Quiet, clean environment. Full size bed. Closet space; additional storage available if necessary. Bathroom is pretty much private, but we have 1 other room listed on Airbnb and Furnished finders which will share the bathroom if rented. FYI. most of our tenants are nurses or professionals. If both rooms are rented together, you will have a private bathroom and sitting area. 11 miles to Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans and 25 miles to UVM Medical Center in Burlington. 60-90 day rental period. Car needed, no public transportation A one-time cleaning fee of $100 will be added to first month rent.
