Room · 2,400 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

My house is absolutely beautiful and private with no neighbors or traffic. Very large lawn and flower beds. The main part of the house is all open except the bathroom and office. The kitchen, living room and dining room are all connected which allows for more space. The upstairs consists of the master bedroom and two other bedrooms. You will have access to the entire house except for my bedroom/bathroom and my office. Your room has a walk-in closet with a dresser, open shelving and a hanging rack. There are hiking trails out back or you could walk the 1/2 mile driveway if you prefer to stay out of the woods. If you like quietness and nature then this will be a great fit for you.

The space

If you love the country and love your privacy? I am renting out one of the rooms in my 4 bedroom house. I currently live alone now that my kids are grown. The property is a 25 minute drive to Dartmouth Hitchcock. Two bathrooms here so you will have your own. Large kitchen, dining room, living room, and basement with a washer and dryer that you can use. Front and back porch. AWD or 4x4 is needed in the winter to make it up the driveway. It is a beautiful private location in the woods with no neighbors :)
