Aside from what I included above, this is a highly desirable neighborhood/suburb. It is pedestrian friendly, walkable to coffee shops, pizza, other restaurants. 3/4 mile from Target, Tops market and many restaurants. The tiny has its own private deck and is gated within my backyard. Private, outdoor heated shower. I also have a fence that separates you from my friendly but enthusiastic small dogs. Everything is included in the rentutilities and Wi-Fi. It is a perfect situation for those who work a lot of hours or want to go home on weekends. It is bright and open and comfy in spite of its limited space. Please come take a look and see if its a good fit for you.

The space

This is a 8x20 tiny house. Great for a single person. It offers an indoor bathroom with state of the art compost toilet ( Ogo) , sink and a heated, private outdoor shower. Happy to answer any questions or send link to my Airbnb listing with better pictures. FF is not photo friendly.
