Note: Monthly rate may change for summer 2027. Our home is located in the beautiful Ponderosa Trails. We are minutes from NAU, the Fort Tuthill Recreation Area and the airport with easy access off I-17 and I-40. Ponderosa trails development includes parks, and numerous walking, running and biking trails meandering through natural areas set aside for the enjoyment of local residents. NAU, great restaurants, and shopping are nearby. It is a 15 minute drive to the historic downtown area and all it has to offer as well as to the Flagstaff Medical Center. The house has a newly remodeled, modern kitchen, a large comfortable dining area and a family area with generous seating. There is a sitting area on the main floor providing room for games and puzzles or to simply sit back and enjoy the glow of the gas fireplace. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a King bed, one with a Queen bed and the third with a double (bottom) and single (top) stacked bunk bed. The upstairs master has a full bath and the other two bedrooms share a full bath. We are not able to allow cats due to allergies. One small dog allowed, not over 25 lbs. There is a doggie door to the backyard. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Internet is provided. Smart TV downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The house is air conditioned. The back yard has a deck and patio area providing table seating allowing one to enjoy the mature pines and aspen trees and perhaps an occasional evening barbeque. We believe you will enjoy this home and this area of Flagstaff and come to love and appreciate it as much as we do.
