Newly built, sparkling clean, tidy 2 bedroom apartment at the base of Mt Elden. 2 comfortable queen beds (Tempurpedic and Dreamcloud) & quality cotton bedding, large kitchen fully equipped w/everything needed to cook good food, washer/dryer, full bath w/bathtub, wifi, large living room with room for working out or movement, work space with desk, lots of natural light, beautiful views out each window. Very private setup. There is amazing mountain biking, hiking and climbing accessible from Forces of Nature trail, 75 yards from the property, and it is 2 minutes to Chipotle, Dunkin Donuts and the Flagstaff Mall. The apartment is attached to our home but it is private and has a separate entrance. We are building a permaculture inspired homestead by creating wildlife habitat, planting edible landscapes and gardens, collecting rainwater, and composting. We are passionate about being outside playing and working on our land! Our home is on a septic system and we require guests to use septic safe and non toxic products. We also prefer that quests refrain from the use of fragrances. Our place is perfect for someone who rises and retires early. We are up at 7am each morning and quiet by 7pm each night. We have 2 young and energetic children who can be noisy during the day. Being attached to a family home, the apartment is not totally sound proof, so for the peace and harmony of all, it is best to host guests who are on a similar sleep schedule.
