Our rental is connected to our primary residence, but is completely private with no shared spaces. A real gem! There is a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and large walk in closet, and an open and bright living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls and all the cooking utensils necessary for full meals at home. Our neighborhood is extremely safe, quiet, and family friendly. One of the more established neighborhoods in Flagstaff, it's conveniently located next to restaurants and grocery stores, and an easy 10 min drive to the hospital. As noted, we do live on property. This rental is part of our walk out daylight basement- while it is considered a basement space it does not feel like it! Great window light from full size windows and french doors leading out to the back deck. We have two separate rentals on property located next to one another- this listing is for the 1 bedroom space. There are no shared spaces between rentals, other than the walkway to the front doors and the driveway. If interested in our property just reach out!
