I designed this space to be welcoming and fun, a comfortable launching pad to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl Ski Area, and other local attractions. Fully functional kitchen, an electric fireplace, comfortable seating for reading a book, watching tv, or visiting. Wireless internet, a Smart TV, and a comfortable reading chair in the bedroom. ** Please note, this is a downstairs unit that is completely separated from the upstairs unit where I live with my son and mom. We do our best BUT footsteps, thuds, and general noises are frequent, so if you are sensitive to sounds please take this under consideration. We will always do our best to accommodate quiet time requests! Guests will have access to the entire downstairs dwelling which includes a private patio and secluded backyard to enjoy our incredible Flagstaff seasons. I've tried to create an indoor space that is both clean and comfortable, as well as a patio that promotes a connection with the outdoors. The Saltillo-tiled space is fairly large 850 sq ft with low ceilings but big windows and good lighting. The large bedroom offers a comfortable king bed. Additionally, there is a gate in the backyard that leads to a forested area where you can walk your dog after breakfast or just enjoy a leisurely stroll and some bird watching before dinner.

This garden apartment offers a large space designed to be comfortable for 1-2 people. And your dog is welcome too. Saltillo tile floors make it easy to keep the space clean. You will have a full kitchen, a living and dining room area, and a separate bedroom.
