A quiet, private and peaceful home nestled in the Northern Arizona mountains right next to the San Francisco peaks. Our home features an updated open floor plan with great natural light and windows. We have one of the biggest backyard in the Cheshire neighborhood with views of the peaks. Were less than 1 mile from the dry lakes trails, 3 miles from the hospital, 3 miles from downtown and just 12 mins from Snow Bowl Ski and have immediate access to the urban trail going into town. You will have access to our home excluding the master bedroom and master bathroom which will be locked off with our personal stuff. This means it will be a 2 bedroom 1 bath for you with a queen size bed in both rooms. The 2nd bedroom is used as an office but we can setup the bed for you if needed. The front room has 2 futons which easily fold down and are comfortable for sleeping. Our home is the perfect spot for travel nurses, professionals that are working remotely, skiers who want to enjoy an extended trip to Flagstaff and outdoor enthusiasts looking to enjoy the world class hiking and running trails Flagstaff has to offer. We are just a 40 minute drive to Sedona and 70 minute drive to the Grand Canyon. No pets are allowed at our home and there are no exceptions to this policy since my wife is allergic to cats and dogs. Our home is a 100% smoke free home and no smoking is allowed inside our home by guests. If we find that either the pet or smoking policies are violated your deposit will not be returned because we will have to pay for professional carpet cleaning and a professional cleaner to DEEP CLEAN the entire house due to my wifes allergies.
