We kindly ask that you supply and replenish your own amenities as needed during your stay. HOUSE RULES: • No drugs or marijuana are allowed on the property. • No smoking inside the building. • No parties or loud music. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Only the booked guest can enter the house. Please notify us in advance of any visits from family or friends. THINGS MATTER: WI-FI: Free fast Fios Wi-Fi is provided. A separate secure server is available for an additional charge and requires advance setup with our technical team. CLEANING: We follow a strict protocol to thoroughly clean and sanitize your unit before check-in. We also clean and maintain the common areas. If you would like cleaning service for your private unit during your stay, our housekeepers are available for an additional fee. LAUNDRY: A free in-unit washer/dryer is provided. A laundromat offering wash-and-fold and dry-cleaning services is also located across the street and is open 7 days a week. BASIC KITCHENWARE: We provide basic kitchenware but do not offer a fully stocked kitchen or complete cookware set. Our goal is to provide a comfortable furnished home for your transitional stay.
