The residence has a turn of the 1900 century ambiance with two floors. 1st FLOOR: it has two outdoor decks (front and back) both with roofs. Rear deck picnic table seats 12 & has a propane fire pit, BBQ, flat grill and full-size refrigerator / freezer & Bluetooth speaker. Ground floor has a large fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, seating 10, one bedroom, living room, full bathroom, billiard room and a bar with high top tables and chairs and a 4-person infra-red sauna. 2nd FLOOR: 6 bedrooms and one full bathroom. Each room has smart TV's and there are 2 Bluetooth stereos in the bar /sauna room & dining room. There is also A/C in every room through the home. Fire extinguishers and emergency lighting are on both floors

The residence is located next door to an upscale pub / restaurant, has a large, roofed rear deck, off the kitchen entrance, with a propane fire pit, BBQ grill and flat grill and a full-size refrigerator / freezer.
