Quiet home slope side in Winterplace Ski Resort. This home is only 30 minutes from the new national park (New River Gorge National Park & Preserve). This home is very clean and well maintained with housekeepers just 5 min away if needed. New smart TV, comfortable furniture and beds (linens, towels included). Lovely peaceful place to be in the off season. During ski season this home is strictly a vacation home and rented on Airbnb. Lots of outstanding outdoor activities (hiking, rock climbing, white water rafting and ATV trails). This home has three floors. Each floor is separate with outside entrances. As a whole house it sleeps 26 but since each floor is separate it can be broken down into smaller units of 3 bedrooms 2 baths and the third floor is just one bedroom one bath.
