This is a spacious, serene, comfortable, beautiful basement apartment with 9ft ceilings. Well lite. There is insulation between the 2 floors. Two inviting nice sized bedrooms. First bedroom is off the kitchen and is right around the corner from the bathroom, it has a queen bed and a walk-in closet with a little desk nook. Second bedroom is on the other end of the apartment off the living room. It has a twin bed, but I also have a set of bunkbeds that could be set up for a total of 3 twin beds. A well-equipped kitchen featuring a glass top electric stove and oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, large sink with garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, handheld mixer, full set of pots and pans knives and utensils and a blender. Perfect place to create culinary delights. Kitchen, dining area and living room are all one large room (15x35). Main bathroom is off the kitchen it contains a vanity with lighting overhead, toilet and tub shower. There is a large hall closet with hanging area and shelf storage. Utility room is across the hallway opposite the closet. It contains the washer and dryer, furnace, hot water heater, water softener and the half bath with sink and toilet. I will need access to the utility room periodically to check on water softener and furnace change filters. The breaker box for the whole house is also in the utility room. Each of the bedrooms have egress windows with ladders in them for fire escape, but there are no other windows in the apartment.
