This property is exactly in the middle of town. There is a coffee shop and restaurant in one direction and beer and pool in the other direction. Grafton is a quiet town where you can walk the streets all night long. Summer time we enjoy street fairs, car shows, parades and lots more. First Fridays the town comes alive but not as much as when the Monster Festival comes to town.

The space

This is a great apartment for a couple. There is a walk-in closet for lots of storage and a bathtub to soak in the bath. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal and a full size refrigerator to keep all your supplies. There is a large couch in the living room and a separate seating area to sit and read a book. This building is very historical as it was the JC Penny building until it passed into private hands.
