Set on nearly an acre, this 3000 sq ft lake front home offers total privacy from neighbors and a tranquil retreat while also being only 5 minutes from Champlain Islands restaurants and 25 minutes from charming downtown Burlington. There are 5 bedrooms on 3 floors: - 2 queen bedrooms on first floor, as well as 2 bathrooms. - A king bedroom and queen on the second floor as well as one bathroom. Both of these second floor bedrooms have work desks and the whole home has blazing fast internet for those with remote work. -Third floor is an awesome loft space complete with 3 sets of bunk beds, bathroom, games and TV with Roku with parental controls. A brand new salt water hot tub as well as brand new Weber grill await you, as does a screened in porch to enjoy the gorgeous lake views without any bugs. A large dining room table with 10 chairs and large capacity washer and dryer. There is a pack n play, high chair and baby bath for those traveling with an infant. 4 kayaks and stand up paddle boards await you. We also have over a dozen life jackets in various sizes to borrow, croquet, corn hole, and dozens of games and puzzles for all ages.

Though the home can sleep 14, only parties up to 10 adults are recommended and please note the bunk bed arrangement.
