Quiet Farm Stay on Vermont border - Ski Resorts - less than 30mins from Willard Mountain, 40 mins to Bromley Mountain in Vermont, and less than an hour from Gore Mountain, Killington and Straton. Close to Lake George 40 mins away, Glenn Falls is just 35 mins away, and Rutland is just 45mins away. A large Log cabin on top of a hill, 2 stories with a deck on the 2nd story offering a shared hot tub. The Rental space is the ground floor where everything is completely private, only a shared outdoors. Log cabins construction naturally muffles normal neighbor sounds between floors. The entire downstairs of this huge home is all yours. Completely private entrance. Game Room is a converted large 2 car garage with heater, you still have a work bench for your skis, snowboard or mountain bikes but the rest of the area is a blackout theater/gameroom, kids play area and recreation area that opens up to the driveway. There is even a small fridge for snacks and drinks. This huge space is all yours! There is a living room with a fold out couch, TV, and Poool Table. 2 Bedrooms with a queen bed each and one of the bedrooms has a set of bunkbeds and a desk. Plenty of closet space and shelf space for personal belongings. A pack & play, baby gate, and bassinet for a baby. A Fully stocked kitchen with a full electric stove/oven, microwave, and air fryer. All the pots and pans, bowls, plates, glasses, and even kids dinnerware. Plenty for everyone to store in the large full size fridge and freezer in the kitchen. A bathroom with a full vanity and an additional lit vanity for hair styling, make up and other personal needs. This is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and hot water is on demand. There is easy parking just outside the garage doors in the driveway, easily enough room for two large trucks, plus two more nearby. There is also space to park larger vehicles at the bottom of the hill still on the property. Easily the land can hold 4+ large work trucks, moving trucks or other large vehicles. There are 4 acres you share with the owners that live upstairs, plenty of room to walk around, kids to play, or just enjoy the view of the gorgeous mountains. There is also a large storage space that can be rented in addition, no temperature control but completely covered and private.
