Our custom built Tiny House sits in a wooded area above the beautiful Battenkill River. Measuring 10 feet wide by 30 feet long the space is designed to be comfortable, cozy and convenient! The indoor space includes a private master bedroom, common living space, a small kitchen area and a bathroom. The Master Bedroom: The downstairs master bedroom includes a queen size bed with custom made bedside tables and two touch lamps with USB ports on either side. A drawer beneath the bed holds additional linens and provides guests an extra space to store some of their belongings. The bedroom features a large window that looks toward the river with beautiful views. It is separated from the living space by a barn door for plenty of privacy. The Living Space: Relax in the cozy and cute living space that includes a futon style couch for additional sleeping space, a custom built coffe table, flatscreen TV, warm lighting and plenty of charm. There is a small closet with coat hangers for guest to utlize. We are building a collection of games. The Kitchen: The small kitchen area is stocked with all of the basic essentials including a coffee maker as well as plenty of dishes, utensils and glassware. The cooking options include a two burner electric hot plate and a 3 and 1 microwave/air fryer/toaster oven. Plenty of pots and pans are included. A small under counter refrigerator and freezer is avaiable for all of your perishable items. There is counter space that can be extended for an additional work space or seating area to enjoy your culinary creations! Two stools are included. The Bathroom: The private bath features a 36 inch by 36 inch shower, a sink and a regular flush toilet all connected to regular household plumbing! There is additional cabinet space, towel hooks and a full length mirror. Outside Space: The outdoor space features a 16 foot by 8 foot deck. Guests may use the Weber spirit 2 gas grill on the deck or the near by park style charcoal grill for additional cooking options. Guest have access to their own private stone fire pit with four chairs just waiting to be enjoyed! Tiny house guests also have shared access to the Battenkill River. Dogs: please ask before booking - we're glad to consider one well-behaved dog for a monthly stay, arranged with us in advance. Great fit for traveling healthcare professionals - about 30 minutes to Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs and about 30 minutes to Glens Falls Hospital. Urgent care nearby: Saratoga Hospital Urgent Care at Wilton Medical Arts, plus WellNow Urgent Care locations in Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls. Close to home: Greenwich Medical Center (Glens Falls Hospital primary care, imaging and lab) is just down Route 29 in Greenwich, and the Urgent Care at Cambridge Medical Center is about 15 minutes away in Cambridge.
