ROOMS for rent in a large, beautiful, 5 bedroom home in Haiku. Home is situated on 2 manicured acres on the north shore of Maui Property is a 5 minute drive into Haiku shopping center, 10 min from the world famous Hookipa Beach Park and 20-30 min to the airport in Kahului. A safe , gated, and conveniently located piece of the island . Rooms limited to one person only. Minimum length of stay is one month Most of our tenants have been in the medical, educational, tourist industries or at home/online entrepreneurs. Because of this we encourage a healthy, peaceful and respectful living environment . The 5 furnished bedrooms slightly priced differently due to size and private bathrooms in the two $2500/month units. Other 3 rooms rent for $2000/month and share two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. All rooms have a desk, closet and a Queen size bed. Kitchen, dining and living room and washer/ dryer are shared areas. The entire house boasts Brazilian wood flooring, high ceilings, ceiling fans in each room, with a spacious, minimalist feel. Large kitchen with island and bar stools. Large dining room table. Comfortable sofa and chair in living room . . While it is located at the end of a cul de sac off of Hana Hwy making it fast and easy to travel in and out of town. it is in the country where houses are on 2 acre parcels . Its a 30-minute beautiful drive along the ocean to the Kahului airport The Landlord lives on the property part-time and stays busy with yard work, garden, and any maintenance that is needed. She or another close by family member is always available to make sure your needs and questions are met. Window washing are included every two months and wood floor vacuuming and cleaning once weekly in the shared living, dining and kitchen area . Landscapers maintain the property grounds. every other week Parking available (one car per tenant ) close to house .... but is not a "covered" space No animals, smoking or drugs. Because the home is a shared space; get togethers/parties and late night guests are not allowed.
