This cozy lakefront cottage is available for rent from November through May, offering a quiet off-season spot with everything you need to settle in for a few months. It's a smaller space, measuring around 600 square feet, but it doesn't feel cramped thanks to its open layout and large windows that bring in ample natural light and offer stunning views of the lake. The cottage includes one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a combined kitchen and living area that's comfortably furnished. The kitchen has all the basics if you enjoy cooking, and the living area flows seamlessly out to the deck, which faces the lake. You'll have a private deck and grill area, perfect for savoring a morning coffee or enjoying a late fall cookout. There's also a dock on the water if you're up for winter lake views or just want easy access when the weather warms up. Even though you're away from town, the rental includes internet, cable, heating, electricity, and trash pickup, so you're covered on all the essentials. Air conditioning is also included, though you might not need it during the colder months. Parking is easy with ample off-street space. Although there's no washer/dryer inside the unit, a convenient laundromat is located in Hammondsport, just a short drive away. The area is mostly quiet this time of year, and you're just far enough outside the village to feel tucked away, but not so far that it's inconvenient to run errands or get to appointments.
