Welcome to Poppy's Hampton House, a stylishly updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat with a bonus room featuring a queen sofa bed. The Space: Renovated in 2022, it offers modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, brand-new beds, appliances, central air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. The spacious layout includes a living room with TVs, a dining area, and an entertainment room overlooking the fenced-in yard, completed in 2023 for added privacy. Perfect for families or small groups, this home comfortably sleeps 6 and is ready to make your stay unforgettable. Poppy's Hampton House is just a short drive to the main street, Rumba Restaurant, cowfish, and vineyards (wine tasting). The Ponquogue beach and Bay beaches are just minutes away by car or bike ride. There are also many restaurants in the area- from Hampton Bays, Shinnecock Canal, and Southampton, all within a few minutes drive. The Town of Hampton Bays is cute, and the beaches are outstanding! The Shinnecock Canal is minutes away and you can do fishing most of the year. For the kids, there is the Riverhead Aquarium (16 minutes away), Childrens Museum of the East End, and South Fork Natural History Museum and Nature Center, both in Bridgehampton (24 minutes away), and the Splish Splash water park and slides in Calverton (23 minutes away). With 30 rides, it is ranked the 3rd best Water Park in the USA. Ask me all the questions you want so that you are comfortable in making your reservations. IMPORTANT NOTES: - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - There is a standard pet fee of $218 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. - For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility. - For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
