Beautiful area, great location. Easy access to several medical facilities. Great place to write a novel! Nearby lake is good for kayaking and allows fishing. Cabin was remodeled inside in 2021 and has a full kitchen with new appliances. Not far from the adorable town of Berkeley Springs. The cabin uses well filter with an in house filter and a septic system. City electric, Frontier Wifi, has full HVAC replaced in 2024.
The space
Neighborhood is called Sleepy Hollow. The cabin sits on a 2 acre property next to a small neighborhood lake. There is a private lake just across the road from the cabin. HOA takes care of road maintenance. The cabin sits just off of Route 9 with a major grocery store (Martin's) within a 12 minute drive.
