My home is the third house on the street if you are turning of the main road of President Street. I have many welcoming neighbors. There is generally parking in front of the house and down the street. You will have free street parking. There also endless forms of public transportation in the area such as railroads, buses, taxis, uber, and etc .When you first enter the home, you will enter the foyer and will be able to see our beautiful living room , that has a TV and some seating options, and kitchen that has its own counterspace, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, smoke detector, equipment and cleaning products. You will be provided with a spacious room with a window. Tenants will have a bathroom on their floor. Facilities such as the kitchen and bathroom are always expected to stay clean after use. Cleaning products will be provided as well as a recurring cleaning service will take place weekly or bi- monthly. Internet/WIFI (good internet speed) access will be given once you move in . Heating or Air Conditions will be provided depending on the season of your stay. Lastly, the neighborhood has elderly people so its generally very quiet and not a lot of traffic. This is a non-smoking property.
