House · 1,188 sq ft · 2 beds · 2 baths · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

The 1870's home has a brand new kitchen and downstairs bath. The home is located overlooking a river which can be accessed by a foot trail. Lots of beautiful trees surround the property and make you feel like you are in your own private treehouse. It is a very private half acre property on a quiet street. The home is original to 1870's with an addition. The original side of the home is at the front with a porch, a large living room, the brand new bathroom and a huge upstairs that can be used for anything from a bedroom, to a study, yoga space and more. The addition of the home has a brand new kitchen and den (with a comfy pull out couch). New appliances, floors, cabinets, and a huge picture window overlooking the river, plus a new washer/dryer combo unit. The upstairs on this side of the house is accessed via a separate stairway and has the master bedroom with a king bed, a full size bath, and its own living room. Because there are two separate upstairs spaces this home affords a lot of privacy for each bedroom. It should also be noted that the stairs are quite steep and many little quirky original features make it a great home for those that love charm!
